Outside linebacker BJ Ojulari and first-round rookie defensive lineman Walter Nolen remain on the PUP list, while veteran defensive lineman Justin Jones and cornerback Garrett Williams are sidelined on injured reserve.

Several players on the active roster are also expected to miss action due to injuries, including running back James Conner, who was carted off the field with a right ankle injury in the third quarter against the 49ers. Reports indicate his season is likely over. Seattle fell short against San Francisco earlier in the season but pulled off a late-game rally against Aaron Rodgers and the Steelers to get into the win column. Sam Darnold tossed two interceptions but still managed 295 yards and two touchdowns, including a clever escape on third down late in the fourth quarter that set up Kenneth Walker III’s go-ahead score.

Despite missing four key players—including cornerback Devon Witherspoon, safeties Julian Love and Nick Emmanwori, and running back Zach Charbonnet—Seattle dominated the Saints 44-13 at Lumen Field in Week 3. Only fullback Robbie Ouzts left the game with an apparent ankle injury.

The blowout allowed the Seahawks to rest several starters early, including Darnold, Kenneth Walker III, Cooper Kupp, Jaxon Smith-Njigba, Charles Cross, Jalen Sundell, Leonard Williams, DeMarcus Lawrence, Ernest Jones IV, and Jarran Reed, giving the team a lighter load ahead of Thursday's short-week clash with the Cardinals. Coach Mike McDaniel noted Witherspoon, who’s been out with a knee injury, is pushing to return for the matchup.

Cardinals vs Seahawks Fantasy Football

After a shaky opener where he managed just 150 yards with no touchdowns, Sam Darnold (17.4 projected W4 points) has quickly begun to resemble the quarterback who guided Minnesota to 14 wins last year. In Seattle’s Week 3 rout of New Orleans, the veteran looked sharp, racking up 218 yards and two scores before giving way to Drew Lock once the game was well in hand. With Cooper Kupp and Jaxon Smith-Njigba thriving out wide, Darnold could present the toughest quarterback test Arizona has seen so far this season as the Seahawks chase a third straight win.

On the ground, Kenneth Walker III showcased his explosiveness in Week 2 against Pittsburgh, and though his efficiency dipped in the 44-13 victory over the Saints, he still found the end zone twice while adding a 12-yard reception. Even with Zach Charbonnet doubtful, Walker remains firmly locked in as Seattle's lead back and a strong RB2 option heading into Thursday’s clash with the Cardinals.

Meanwhile, Kyler Murray (18 projected W4 points) continues to lean on his legs to buoy his fantasy stock. He threw for just 159 yards and a short touchdown to Trey McBride against the 49ers, salvaging his day with 37 rushing yards. Despite Arizona’s 16-15 loss, Murray’s mobility keeps him in the low-end QB1 mix.
