Vote for the Asian player of the week

This week saw matchday three action in the two continental competitions in Asia - the AFC Champions League and the AFC Cup - and with it several impressive performances.

One such performance came from the Toyota player of the week, Yun Il-Lok of FC Seoul. The 25-year-old winger notched two goals in his team's 2-3 loss to Western Sydney Wanderers in the AFC Champions League. But it was the nature of those goals that wowed the fans. The second goal was a masterpiece which included nutmegging his marker on the turn before finding the bottom corner from about 20 yards.

The next contender for the best performance of the week is Rodrigo Tabata of Al Rayyan SC. The Spanish attacking midfielder did not just score two goals, including a penalty, but also managed to set up a goal for his teammate with a brilliant freekick. Having been involved in all three goals in his team's 3-1 win over Persepolis, the 36-year-old ensured Al Rayyan are in pole position in Group D of the AFC Champions League.
