RUMORS: Chelsea chases Milan teenager

Chelsea are keeping tabs on AC Milan prospect Moris Sportelli, according to reports from Tuttomercatoweb.

The Italian publication suggests Blues boss Antonio Conte holds the 16-year-old defender in high regard, but faces competition from Stoke City if he is to make an official move.

Sportelli is yet to feature for the Milan first-team but has impressed at Under-17 level, his commanding displays leading him to be labelled the 'next Alessandro Nesta'.
