Premier League Betting Tips: Comfortable Chelsea win & other best bets for Saturday

The Premier League returns in style on Saturday with no fewer than eight games being played, including six in the traditional 3pm kick-off slot.

Ahead of the weekend, our tipster has picked out a bet from three of those matches to create a treble that pays out at over 6/1 (7.0) with bet365.

Chelsea vs Newcastle Betting Tips

After a shaky start to Frank Lampard’s debut Premier League season, Chelsea appear to have got back on track with three wins from their last four fixtures to sit fifth in the table.

Victory for the Blues on Saturday could move them as high as second, at least temporarily, and bet365 offer 11/10 (2.10) that they claim the points without conceding on Saturday.

Chelsea kept a clean sheet in their last home outing, a 2-0 win over Brighton, and should be able to keep the second-lowest scorers in the division at bay at Stamford Bridge.

Leicester vs Burnley Betting Tips

Leicester occupy fourth place in the Premier League after picking up four wins and two draws from their opening eight fixtures, and will back themselves to see off a Burnley side that are winless in their last six away games.

However, greater value lies in the 8/11 (1.73) quote on both teams finding the net on Saturday, with the Clarets having netted in eight of their last nine league fixtures outside of Turf Moor.

Leicester should have no problem scoring at home considering they have struck 10 goals across their last three games at the King Power Stadium, but they have also kept just two clean sheets in their eight matches this term.

Wolves vs Southampton Betting Tips

It took seven attempts for Wolves to win their first match of the season and consecutive victories before the international break – including a 2-0 win at Manchester City – means they are now 11th in the league.

The visit of Southampton to Molineux could yield more points for the hosts but the greater value lies in opposing goals, with under 2.5 strikes paying out at 19/20 (1.95).

Six of Wolves’ fixtures this season have seen two goals or fewer whilst two of the Saints’ last three away games have also featured under three strikes.
