Man Utd target Dolberg will not follow Bosz to Dortmund

Ajax teen sensation Kasper Dolberg says he has no plans to follow his former coach to Borussia Dortmund.

Peter Bosz, who gave the 19-year-old his Ajax debut, left for the German club earlier in the week after one season in the Dutch capital, where he led the side to second place in the Eredivisie and to the Europa League final.

After scoring 23 goals last term, the Danish forward praised Bosz but said he intends to stay at Ajax for at least next season.

“There were rumours about players who might leave, but I was not expecting the coach to be the first, and that was a big surprise," Dolberg, who has also been linked with the likes of Manchester United and Barcelona, told Dutch TV channel NOS.

"There are no plans to go to Dortmund.

“Bosz believed in me, even in stages where I played worse, which is the most important thing a coach can do for a player.”
