Barcelona are tracking the progress of Hoffenheim defender Melayro Bogarde - according to Gianluca Di Marzio.

The 18-year-old represents an affordable option for the Spanish giants ahead of the January window, with his current contract set to expire at the end of the season.

Donnarumma close to AC Milan extension


AC Milan and Gianluigi Donnarumma are close to an agreement over a new contract for the goalkeeper.

Talks have been going on for some time but the Rossoneri have been reluctant to match the Italy international's wage demands.

But Calciomercato claims they are set to agree to a €7 million (£6m/$8m) basic wage and that the only stumbling block left is a release clause.

Haaland transfer rumours addressed by Dortmund director


Borussia Dortmund director Michael Zorc has dismissed the ongoing transfer rumours surrounding Real Madrid-linked striker Erling Haaland.

Haaland has solidified his reputation as one of the most deadly strikers in European football since joining Dortmund from Red Bull Salzburg for £18 million ($24m) in the January transfer window.

Aston Villa are still interested in Werder Bremen winger Milot Rashica, according to DeichStube via Tribal Football

Villa were heavily linked with a move for the 24-year-old in January, and are now being tipped to launch a formal offer for the Kosovo international in January.

Werder are willing to sanction Rashica's departure for the right price, having used him sparingly at the start of the new season.

West Ham target Sporting winger Cabral


West Ham have identified Sporting CP winger Jovane Cabral as a transfer target - according to Todofichajes.

Hammers boss David Moyes is a keen admirer of the 23-year-old, who is currently valued at around €20 million (£18m/$24m).

West Ham are planning to swoop for Cabral in January, but the Cape Verdean star is contracted to remain at Sporting until 2023.

Liverpool are monitoring Rennes forward Jeremy Doku, according to HLN.

Scouts from Anfield have been following the 18-year-old since his move to Roazhon Park from Anderlecht in October, with a view to launching a bid for his services next year.

Doku has already featured in five Ligue 1 matches and four Champions League fixtures for Rennes, but has yet to open his scoring account.

Camavinga sacks agent amid Real Madrid interest


Rennes midfielder Eduardo Camavinga has sacked his agent amid transfer interest from Real Madrid, AS reports.

Camavinga, who is regarded as one of the world's top young players, has reportedly parted with his representative Moussa Sissoko, with so-called super-agents Jorge Mendes, Jonathan Barnett and Pini Zahavi all potentially in place to step in.

The likes of Madrid, Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain have all been linked with the France international, who could well set for a big move in the summer.

Gerrard thanks Rangers board for not selling key duo


Rangers boss Steven Gerrard has thanked the club's board for not offloading star players Ryan Kent or Alfredo Morelos.

Ahead of Thursday's Europa League clash with Benfica, Gerrard said, as quoted by the Scottish Sun: "The board support has been fantastic since the first day I came in.

"In terms of the numbers, you have to take certain things into consideration.

"They could have looked very different if we did accept a bid for one of our big assets.

"I think the important thing to know is that this team is in much better shape than it was when we came through the door. The team is littered now with big assets.

Barcelona presidential candidate ‘convinced’ Messi wants to stay


Barcelona presidential candidate Toni Freixa remains “convinced” that Lionel Messi wants to remain at the club, but admits that discussions need to be held as soon as possible.

Freixa has told Cadena SER: “To sit down and talk to Messi, you have to look him in the eye and see what everyone wants and what the club can offer. You have to ask him if he really wants to continue, which I'm convinced he does.”

Liverpool have, according to Fabrizio Romano, been offered the chance to sign Ezequiel Garay.

The 34-year-old Argentine, who has represented the likes of Real Madrid and Benfica in the past, is currently without a club after severing ties with Valencia over the summer.

Jurgen Klopp is said to be exploring centre-half options heading towards the winter window, with injuries hitting hard at Anfield, and Garay could be a short-term solution.

Villarreal boss Emery predicts Chukwueze's future


Villarreal manager Unai Emery believes Samuel Chukwueze has a bright future ahead of him and he has predicted he might leave La Liga for a different league.

Chukwueze's fine form has seen him linked with a reported move to Spanish giants Real Madrid and Premier League outfit Everton among others.

"We are very happy with Samuel Chukwueze, he’s growing up with us at this club," Emery said in a press conference. “In the future, he can go to another league to grow up more, but I think he’s very happy with us and every match he plays, he tries to give the best performance.”

Premier League target Osayi-Samuel urged to keep focus


QPR manager Mark Warburton has urged Bright Osayi-Samuel to keep putting aside speculation over his future, with several Premier League clubs linked with the winger.

Osayi-Samuel's contract expires this summer, and clubs such as Burnley and Leeds United have been touted for a January move.

Warburton said after QPR's 3-2 win over Rotherham on Wednesday: “The people above my pay grade are still talking. If someone wants to buy him I’m sure they can – every player in the world has got a price.
