Martin Odegaard has a clause in his contract that entitles him to €50,000 for every first-team appearance he makes for Real Madrid, the latest revelation from Football Leaks has unearthed.
The 17-year-old playmaker has been on the books at Santiago Bernabeu since January 2015, when Los Blancos won the race for one of the most coveted signatures in world football.

Odegaard’s exploits for Stromsgodset brought him to the attention of the global elite, as he became a regular for the Norwegian outfit and was handed a senior international debut at the age of 15.
He has been largely restricted to youth team outings at Madrid, having been eased into the fold as part of their Castilla set-up.
A first-team bow was made, however, against Getafe on the final day of the 2014-15 campaign, and a first start handed to him by Zinedine Zidane for a Copa del Rey clash with Cultural Leonesa in November.
Both of those outings will have earned the youngster around £42,000, according to the terms of a contract revealed by Football Leaks .
Odegaard also has it written into his personal terms that he is guaranteed a hotel room with the first team at the club’s Valdebedas training base.

He has not had too much use for those facilities up until this point and is being heavily linked with a loan move in January.
French media outlet Ouest-France have reported that Rennes are poised to take the youngster on a short-term agreement when the transfer window re-opens.
If he does move to Ligue 1, Odegaard will be hoping to catch the eye of his parent club back in Madrid, with his contract in the Spanish capital set to run until the summer of 2018.
