Wolves have knocked both Liverpool and Stoke City out of the cup and welcome the Premier League favourites to Molineux as they look to produce another giant killing.

Conte has said he will rest both David Luiz and Marcos Alonso, but he is expected to put out a strong starting eleven and offered a look into how he keeps the dressing room on his side, despite some players struggling for first team action.

"I think the best way is to always leave your door open," He said at a news conference at Cobham Training Centre. "If I have to make a choice, it's not important to explain this choice.

"But if the player wants to ask me, the player knows very well that my door is always open and I'll explain the reason why I made this decision. I like to speak to the player to explain. When you are honest in your choices, you can always look your players straight in the eyes.

"It's very difficult to tell when a player is happy. When he doesn't start in the line-up, he's not happy. Not only John [Terry] or Cesc or Pedro or Hazard...

"And I don't want them to be happy, because I want the players to try to fight to put me under pressure. [To give me] problems to solve, to make the best solution for the team.

"But I'm pleased to have behind me a group of players growing very well in all aspects. Technical aspect, tactical aspect, in their mentality.

"We must continue to put the team above all. I'm very pleased to observe this race, this growth of my players."

Cesc Fabregas and Willian could get starts after being placed on the bench against Burnley, while Conte will also rotate his defence against the Championship side.
