    THE BIGGER PICTURE

Wrexham are currently second in League Two, five points behind leaders Stockport, and will be out to record a morale-boosting win this weekend. Across the next 30 days, they will play eight games, and Parkinson is desperate to get players back available.

  • WHAT PARKINSON SAID

Quoted by Leader Live, Parkinson said: "We have had injury problems. Aaron got injured against Yeovil and Bryce picked up something as well. Burton would have been a great game for Bryce to play in but hopefully we are going to have a few of the lads back in the next couple of weeks and we are going to need that because the strength of this group is the squad and the depth we have got.

"We are just lacking that a little bit at the moment so we need to get players back available and when we do over the Christmas period, it is going to be a really interesting one."

    WHAT NEXT FOR WREXHAM?

A win over Forest Green could see Wrexham move within two points of leaders Stockport. In the month of December, they will also play Colchester, Newport County, Swindon Town and Walsall. They also face Barrow on New Year's Day, leaving Parkinson's squad to be stretched paper thin.
