Wrexham star Paul Mullin scoops PFA Fans' Player of the Year award after firing Ryan Reynolds & Rob McElhenney's side to League One promotion

The Red Dragons achieved a second consecutive promotion when they finished second in League Two, ending up four points behind champions Stockport County. Mullin was key for Phil Parkinson's team, scoring 24 goals, and his exploits have earned him a special award in the league.

Mullin was voted the winner of the League One award ahead of fellow nominees Macauley Langstaff, Davies Keillor Dunn and Isaac Olaofe after another impressive season. He surpassed a century of goals for Wrexham during the campaign.

Wrexham congratulated their star forward after his latest success, saying: "Congratulations to Paul Mullin, who has won the PFA Fans’ Player of the Year Award for the 2023-24 season.

"It was another outstanding campaign for Mullin as his 24 goals helped inspire the Red Dragons to a record-breaking back-to-back promotion."

Mullin and his Wrexham co-stars will soon head to the United States and Canada to begin their pre-season tour of North America, where they will face Chelsea, Bournemouth and the Vancouver Whitecaps before they start their League One campaign.
