    The Red Dragons achieved a second consecutive promotion when they finished second in League Two, ending up four points behind champions Stockport County. Mullin was key for Phil Parkinson's team, scoring 24 goals, and his exploits have earned him a special award in the league.

    Mullin was voted the winner of the League One award ahead of fellow nominees Macauley Langstaff, Davies Keillor Dunn and Isaac Olaofe after another impressive season. He surpassed a century of goals for Wrexham during the campaign.
