  • WHAT JAMES JONES SAID

Talking to reporters, Jones said: "It is a busy period coming up but we play games - that’s the job. It’s important everyone does the right things away from the club. The club is good for managing what we need to do and being on top of it.”

    THE BIGGER PICTURE

Coach Phil Parkinson gave the team a few days off after last weekend's clash at Forest Green Rovers was called off due to a waterlogged pitch. The brief hiatus helped the players to get recharged and Parkinson informed that the team is geared up to get the three points against a struggling Colchester United.

“They had days off but came back and looked refreshed in training,” said Parkinson.
