VIDEO: Christian Pulisic's back! USMNT star all smiles as he joins up with AC Milan squad on US preseason tour after Copa America disappointment

The forward embarked on a summer break on the back of a calamitous Copa America campaign which saw the USMNT bow out from the group stages. He switched off from action for a few weeks to recharge and has now caught up with his Milan teammates in the US, as the Rossonerri have flown across the Atlantic to honour their pre-season commitments.

Upon entering the training base, Pulisic was greeted by the new manager, Paulo Fonseca. The duo had a brief chat before the forward went on to meet the players, who were on their way for a training session.

Milan are set to face Manchester City in their first match of the US trip on Saturday. However, Pulisic is likely to be rested for the encounter but could feature in the next two games against Clasico rivals Real Madrid and Barcelona on August 1 and 7 respectively.
