    After coming off the bench for Spurs' last two Women's Super League matches against Leicester City and Arsenal, the 29-year-old justified her recall to the starting XI with a poacher's finish in the second minute against the Robins following a flowing team move.

    After scoring 13 goals in 14 games for Tottenham last season, forward England has found the net on just three occasions this term and as a result she has been left out of Wiegman's Lionesses' squad of late. However, with goals like the one at Bristol City on Sunday afternoon, the former Chelsea star will hope to be in England's upcoming squad for their Euro 2025 qualifier against Sweden on April 5.
