The individual, a lifelong Barça enthusiast named Luismi, made the bold move at the Pol Tattoo Studio. Speaking to El Desmarque during the process, Luismi expressed his deep appreciation for the 17-year-old prodigy, stating: "He's the best, a machine. You just watch it and go crazy with the things he does. As a Barca fan, I love him. Whether you're a Real Madrid or Barcelona fan, everyone loves him. I would love to tattoo the Ballon d'Or on him."

The entire experience was recorded, capturing the painstaking work involved in turning admiration into body art. The finished tattoo showcases Yamal’s current appearance, including his trademark curly hairstyle. It took six to seven hours to complete the piece, according to the artist, who, fittingly, is also a fan of the Catalan club.

The buzz around Yamal is only expected to grow, especially with the impending announcement that he will inherit the iconic No. 10 shirt at Barcelona, a jersey made famous by club legends such as Lionel Messi and Ronaldinho. With Ansu Fati now on loan at Monaco, the prestigious number is being passed down to Yamal. The official announcement will be made on his 18th birthday on July 13.
