The midfielder, who has struggled to find a consistent role at AC Milan, has an admirer in Napoli manager Antonio Conte and conversations have already started, according to a report from Fabrizio Romano. THE BIGGER PICTURE

Musah, long seen as a potential star for both Europe and the U.S. national team, has yet to lock down a consistent role at AC Milan. Part of that stems from the club's instability - Musah played under three different managers in a single calendar year. Now, with renowned Italian coach Max Allegri set to take over, questions remain about Musah’s fit in the system, and the still-developing midfielder may benefit from a fresh start elsewhere.

Still, Milan’s willingness to part ways with Musah is unclear. The club lost standout midfielder Tijjani Reijnders to Manchester City and could now be on the verge of letting another promising talent leave.

Christian Pulisic's long-term role at Milan also remains uncertain amid ongoing speculation.
