  • WHAT HAPPENED?

Spurs are in desperate need of some more star power as they look towards next season following a dismal 2024-25 campaign under Ange Postecoglou. In an effort to quash discontent across the fanbase, chairman Daniel Levy is reportedly willing to sanction a mammoth move for Cunha that will see the club break their transfer record.

    THE BIGGER PICTURE

Fichajes say Cunha will cost any side around €75million (£64.7m/$85.4m), which will blow past the £55m the north London club spent on Dominic Solanke last summer. With the likes of Richarlison potentially being shipped out at the end of his term and Heung-Min Son failing to show any signs of his best self, Cunha appears to be an ideal arrival for Tottenham.

  • DID YOU KNOW?

Spurs are not the only Premier League club hunting for Cunha's signature. Manchester United, Arsenal, Nottingham Forest and Aston Villa are all keen to add the Brazilian to their squads this summer.

    WHAT NEXT FOR CUNHA?

Cunha will likely have his pick of the bunch when it comes to deciding his next club. Despite signing a new contract with Wolves earlier in the campaign, it is believed that he will be allowed to leave if a suitable offer arrives.
