Despite their significant earnings, no Serie A players feature among the top five highest-paid footballers worldwide.

The top five are exclusively from the Saudi Pro League, with Cristiano Ronaldo, still a dominant force, leading with a remarkable salary at Al Nassr.

His former Real Madrid colleague Karim Benzema is second, while Riyad Mahrez, formerly of Manchester City and now with Al-Ahli, holds third place.
