    WHAT PARKINSON SAID

On Waters' departure, The Red Dragons manager Phil Parkinson told the club's official website: "I’d like to wish Billy all the best for his loan move. His first-team opportunities have been restricted here, but it’s a great chance for him to get regular first-team football and I’m sure he’ll be a great loan signing for Doncaster."
