The screen-printed vinyl messages, many in English, are designed to instil competitiveness, discipline, and team spirit — core values Flick hopes will strengthen the squad’s mindset and performance on and off the pitch.

Moreover, Flick has also received immense admiration from his squad, thanks to his strictness towards discipline as well as his approachability.
