According to Mundo Deportivo, Yamal is working relentlessly at the Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper as Barcelona aim to get him back to full fitness in time for the Clasico against Madrid on October 26. The teenager suffered an injury relapse during the Champions League clash with Paris Saint-Germain, but early signs of recovery have been very positive. The club’s medical team have created a progressive training plan that focuses on gradual workload increases and specific strengthening exercises.
Yamal is training five consecutive days this week, and if everything goes according to plan, the winger will feature against Girona later this month for 30–45 minutes, followed by a potential start against Olympiacos in the Champions League all with one goal in mind: to be fully ready for the Clasico at the Santiago Bernabeu.
