    Neymar took to Instagram to deny an aggregator's report that he had asked the club's board to sack Jesus. The Brazil international made the move to Saudi Arabia in the summer and has thus far made three appearances for the club, laying on two assists, having missed the start of the campaign through injury.

    THE BIGGER PICTURE

    The 31-year-old has only managed to complete 90 minutes twice since moving to Hilal and will be hoping to make a real impact once he puts together a run of starts, but he has been keen to dispel any thoughts of a rift with Jesus.

    Neymar wrote on Instagram: "Bullsh*t... you have to stop believing in these things, pages like this. .. with millions of followers you can't keep posting fake news! With all due respect in the world, I ask you to stop this. It's a lot of disrespect."
