'My heart bursts' - Laura Woods pays emotional tribute to partner Adam Collard for helping presenter through post-pregnancy and return to TV duties

Woods took to Instagram, posting a heartfelt message along with videos of Collard playing with their little boy, Leo. The former Love island appears to be a model Dad, with the TNT presenter saying "her heart bursts watching be a dad to Leo and how bloody good he is at it." The couple welcomed their first child to the world in January this year.

Woods also praised personal trainer Collard for helping her maintain her body image both during and after her pregnancy. The pair have pulled each other through some difficult times of late, Collard was hospitalised in May following an emergency back surgery.

In a series of posts to her Instagram story Woods said: " I don't always big him up publicly because he knows how I feel about him.

"But for a moment, I just want to say how proud I am of him.

"And how my heart bursts watching him be a dad to Leo and how bloody good he is at it.

"And how much he's helped me go from this pre-pregnancy.

"Through nine months of growing and through postnatal to a place that feels much more like 'me'."

Woods and Collard have earned some time away from the spotlight to focus on their family after an 'eventful' start to 2025. With her obvious commitment. tothe job and easy-going presence on screen, Woods will continue to be a fixture on our screens for the foreseeable future.
