'Missing you already'- Wayne Rooney and kids send out heartfelt message to Coleen ahead of start of I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here stint

Coleen is set to make her very first appearance on 'I’m A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!' tonight when the show premiers on ITV at 9 pm GMT. Wayne's wife will take on some tough challenges along with her fellow castmates on the famous show, and the Manchester United legend has sent out a heartfelt message to his wife on Instagram as he posted a photo of the two with their four sons.

On his Instagram post, the footballing legend wrote: "Good luck to our mum who’s in the jungle for I'm A Celeb. We’re missing you already but can’t wait to watch (you do some trials) and for people to see what you’re all about. The best. We love you, Coleen.

"First episode is on ITV tonight at 9 pm."

The renowned WAG opened up to The Mirror before departing for the show in Australia, revealing that only two of her four sons will be there to greet her, as the older brothers have decided to stay put in England.

Coleen revealed: "My two youngest ones are coming over. They all had the option but the two older ones decided that they would stay at home to continue with school and football. I think I said when you come you’ll have to bring your work with you, and they would be missing some football tournaments, so they quickly changed their minds!

"And also the fact that they don’t know when they get to see me. That was another big thing, is if I did last and stayed in close to the end, there’s not going to be any time spent with me so I explained that."

As per The Mirror, ITV executives reportedly spent a significant sum of money this year to entice Coleen to join the show. Coleen is one of the highest-paid celebrities in I'm A Celeb history. ITV will broadcast the show on Sunday at 9:00 p.m. GMT.
