    United are keen on signing a new left-back in the January transfer window and had accordingly approached Inter to rope in Dimarco, however, Tuttosport claims that the Serie A club as well as the player rejected their offer. Dimarco, who has a contract with Inter until 2027, is all set to put pen to paper on a new long-term deal.

    The report further adds that the 27-year-old Inter star was a top priority for the Red Devils who will now have to look elsewhere. They have also been linked with a move for Paris Saint-Germain's Nuno Mendes and AC Milan star Theo Hernandez. Ruben Amorim is keen on adding a new full-back who will operate on the left side of his 3-4-3 formation.
