Greenwood joined Marseille last summer on a five-year deal from Manchester United and has largely impressed in France thus far. The 23-year-old forward has already scored 17 goals in 30 appearances across all competitions for the Ligue 1 side and has also provided four assists.

THE BIGGER PICTURE
The ex-United star is now attracting interest from Saudi Arabia, with a €90 million (£76.5m/$100m) offer now on the table for the Marseille star ahead of the summer window, according to Fichajes. If Greenwood does end up leaving the Ligue 1 club, there is a clause in his contract that stipulates United will receive half of his future sale value. This means that United will receive €45m from Greenwood's transfer to the Middle East if it goes through.
Greenwood has struggled for form in recent weeks, raising question marks over his future, and he endured another poor afternoon as Marseille lost 3-0 to Monaco on Saturday. Les Phoceens will have the chance to bounce back on April 19 when they face Montpellier in another crucial Ligue 1 clash.
