    WHAT HAPPENED?

Casparij finds herself at the centre of controversy after being charged by the Football Association (FA) for allegedly making an offensive gesture during the Manchester derby on March 23rd.

The charge against Casparij stems from an incident in the 37th minute of the match when City's Jess Park scored. It was during this crucial moment that Casparij is alleged to have made a middle-finger gesture towards the away supporters of United, sparking controversy and leading to the subsequent FA charge.
