Luis Diaz's fiancée Gera Ponce sends Liverpool fans into panic with emotional message appearing to hint at imminent exit for Barcelona & Al-Nassr-linked winger

Diaz has become a fan favourite at Liverpool over the last four seasons, but the Colombian has been linked with a potential summer exit, with Barcelona and Saudi Pro League side Al-Nassr said to be interested. Diaz's partner Ponce has fuelled transfer talk by posting an emotional message on social media thanking the Merseyside club and their fans. Reds supporters are now panicking over whether the message could be a farewell.

On Instagram, Diaz's fiancée Ponce posted photos from Liverpool's final home game of the season and wrote: "To the incredible Liverpool fans.

"From the first day we arrived, we felt firsthand what it means to be a part of this club. We knew the slogan was 'You’ll Never Walk Alone', but to hear them sing it with so much passion, support each other at every moment and show such unconditional love... confirmed to us that here you never walk alone.

"This fan doesn't just support, it feels. And what you have made my boyfriend and our entire family feel is something we carry in our souls.

"Thank you for so much love, for so much dedication and for making us feel at home. Being a part of this fan is a privilege. There's no doubt: they're the best in the world.

"This is a real bond, deep and strong, that reaffirms that we'll never walk alone."

In response, Liverpool fan @Melodicish wrote on X: "It's clear he will leave this summer."

Ponce's message can, however, just as easily be interpreted as a simple heartfelt message to Liverpool fans on the back of the Reds' Premier League-title winning season. Ryan Gravenberch's girlfriend, Cindy Peroti, posted a similar message to thank the Liverpool faithful last week.

Barcelona seem to be fully out of the race to sign Diaz, as the Catalan side are said to be unhappy with Liverpool's valuation of the Colombian. As such, Al-Nassr, who are said to be lining up a long-term replacement for Cristiano Ronaldo, are likely to be the front-runners if Diaz is to leave the Reds.
