    Per journalist Sacha Tavolieri, the Reds have submitted their first formal bid worth €100 million (£83m/$104m) for Wirtz as they look to complete the transfer. Negotiations have started between the two clubs as Leverkusen will try to increase the transfer amount and decide the structure of the payment.
