Oasis concert tickets went on sale on Saturday
Fans furious with Oasis tickets fiasco
WHAT HAPPENED?
The famous British rock band Oasis, who split in 2009, announced a reunion earlier this week much to the delight of fans. The tickets for their 17 gigs across UK and Ireland went on sale on a platform named Ticketmaster on Saturday at 9am BST but the entire process soon turned into a fiasco as several fans could not get hold of a ticket due to technical issues. While some of them spent hours in the queue only to get chucked off the site, a few fans complained about the sudden rise in price despite the band clarifying earlier that all general admission tickets would be available for £150.
