England’s Euro 2025 champions were celebrated across EFL grounds this weekend, with fans and players paying tribute to Chloe Kelly, Hannah Hampton and other Lionesses after their historic victory over Spain. The squad, fresh from their Basel triumph, received a warm welcome across the country.

  • WHAT HAPPENED?

    EFL clubs across England paid tribute to the Lionesses following their Euro 2025 success. Chloe Kelly went to her first club and local side Queens Park Rangers in west London, Hannah Hampton returned to her beloved West Bromwich Albion, Niamh Charles was back on Merseyside at Tranmere Rovers and Lauren Hemp attended Norwich City's game.

    The Lionesses returned from Switzerland to England a fortnight ago to rapturous scenes at Southend Airport, where hundreds of fans gathered to welcome them. The celebrations continued with a Downing Street reception hosted by Deputy Prime Minister Angela Rayner, where the squad gifted a signed England shirt. An open-top bus parade and a procession along The Mall was also part of the festivities.
