    THE BIGGER PICTURE

Further details of the allegations surrounding Paqueta have also now emerged. The Sun reports that one bet placed on Paqueta to be booked was for just £7 ($9). The tabloid also claims that "60 people" placed bets on the West Ham star to receive a yellow card in the four matches and placed stakes of between "£7 to £400" ($9-$511) which would potentially lead to "combined winnings of £100,000" ($128,000). Rather incredibly, the bets have been traced back to a place called 'Paqueta Island' near to Rio de Janeiro.
