  • WHAT HAPPENED

    A dedicated group of Indy Eleven supporters completed an extraordinary 2,530-mile round trip to support their team in an away match against Miami FC in their opening league game of the 2025 USL Championship season.

    The fans shared their journey on social media, with Indy Eleven shocked at their dedication. The USL Championship club said in a post, “Things you absolutely LOVE to see”.

    THE BIGGER PICTURE

    Indy Eleven defeated Miami FC 3-1 in their USL Championship season opener. Jack Blake opened the scoring with a penalty in the third minute, Aodhan Quinn scored in the 18th minute, and Pat Hogan added the third goal in the 35th minute.

    Kevin Hoyos scored a consolation goal for Miami FC in the 65th minute. Indy Eleven dominated the first half, scoring three goals before Miami FC even managed to lay a finger on them although they did respond late in the match.

    Following their 3-1 win over Miami FC, Indy Eleven face Lexington SC on the road on March 22 before returning home for back-to-back home games against Colorado Spring Switchbacks FC and North Carolina FC on March 29 and April 5, respectively.
