He told OLBG: "If Jack Grealish wants a change of scenery, then he moves away from the Premier League and tries something different. I think he's capable of turning his hand to any league in the world, including with AC Milan. He is very versatile. He's a top-drawer player, a special talent. He always has been. He's fulfilled his ability. I think he'd be disappointed, as disappointed as I am, that he hasn't played on a more regular basis for England in a position where I think suits him in the number 10 role, but we know how much traffic there is in the way for that role. But for me, he's one of the best. And I think if he decides that he wants to go to another country, I think he'd be a superstar out there."
