History for Erling Haaland! Man City striker becomes Norway's all-time top scorer with brace in first game as captain

<p>The Manchester City striker scored in the seventh minute of Norway's Nations League clash with Slovenia on Thursday, as he notched his 33rd goal for his country. That puts the 24-year-old level with Norway legend Jørgen Juve. Haaland then went one better to take the record for himself with another goal just after the hour mark.</p>

<p>Haaland has been a goalscoring machine for many seasons now. He has bagged 34 goals in just 36 matches for Norway and in club football, he has scored 256 times in just 308 appearances. That is why he is arguably the best striker in the world and there is more to come from him.</p>
