EA Sports FC 24 player ratings: Robert Lewandowski, Vinicius Jr & the best La Liga stars in the game

Real Madrid and Belgium goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois is the best shotstopper in EA Sports FC 24 with an incredible rating of 90. His rating remains unchanged from last year's FIFA 23.

Having scored 23 goals in La Liga last season and contributing to Barcelona's title win, Robert Lewandowski remains a formidable number nine and continues to be one of the best players in EA Sports FC 24. However, it's worth noting that his rating has slightly decreased from 91 in FIFA 23 to 90.

Vinicius Jr has evolved into a crucial figure within the Real Madrid squad, and his enhanced role as a team leader has been acknowledged by EA Sports FC 24. The Brazilian international's rating has risen from 86 to 89 in the latest edition of EA Sports' game.

Barcelona and Germany goalkeeper Marc-Andre ter Stegen has frequently played second fiddle to Manuel Neuer but he has officially surpassed his compatriot. Ter Stegen now boasts a rating of 89 in the new EA Sports FC 24, and he is only behind Courtois (90) in the race for the title of the best goalkeeper.

Antoine Griezmann might have fallen behind the ranks in the Golden Boot race but he still managed to deliver 15 goals for Atletico Madrid over the course of the 2022-23 La Liga season. He now has the same rating as his teammate and Atletico goalkeeper Jan Oblak.

Jan Oblak has retained his rating of 88 from last year and he is still one of the best goalkeepers in the game. He came second behind Ter-Stegen in the race to win the Zamora trophy last season but he is keeping up with his rivals in the game.

Federico Valverde has become a strong presence in the Real Madrid midfield. His performances has given him a boost in terms of his player ratings in the game, as he has gone from 86 to 88 to become one of the top picks in the midfield.

Frenkie de Jong is now a midfielder reborn at Barcelona. Once on the verge of exit, he is now relishing each opportunity in the starting lineup and his displays have helped the player retain his rating of 87 from last year.

Real Madrid veteran Luka Modric is no longer a strong presence in the centre of the park but his technical skills still put him in the top tier. His rating has suffered a drop from 88 to 87.

Barcelona defender Ronald Araujo has certainly impressed the fans with his solid performances at the back for La Liga champions. And his displays have been rewarded by the game, with an increased rating of 86 this time around for the defender.

Real Madrid finally secured English hot prospect Jude Bellingham's signature this summer and their fans will be delighted to know his rating has increased from 85 to 86. He was impressive for Borussia Dortmund during his stint in the Bundesliga and he has now started his La Liga journey on the right note, under the tutelage of Carlo Ancelotti.

Just like his teammate Araujo, Joao Cancelo has bagged a rating of 86 in this year's EA Sports FC 24 but it is a slight downgrade from last year's rating of 87. That is understandable, after switching from Manchester City to Bayern Munich mid-season before finally ending up at Barcelona for the 2023-24 season.

Eder Militao is dealing with an injury at the start of the 2023-24 season but last season's displays have helped him get an improved rating in EA Sports FC 24. The Real Madrid defender's rating has gone up from 84 to 86 this year.

Injury is the only thing that's keeping Barcelona midfielder Pedri from achieving stardom. He started with a player rating of 81 two years ago, got himself an improved score of 85 last year, and has now climbed to 86 in EA Sports FC 24.

Ilkay Gundogan made the move from Manchester City to Barcelona this summer and fans will be glad to know he has improved his player rating from 85 to 86 in the game. He continues to be a good pick in the midfield in the game and will want to retain this rating for another year.
