Coming for Cristiano Ronaldo? Jude Bellingham launches new YouTube channel as Real Madrid & England star reveals trailer for behind-the-scenes documentary of first year in Spain

  • WHAT HAPPENED?

    A couple of weeks after Cristiano Ronaldo launched his own YouTube channel - which already has more than 57 million subscribers - Madrid ace Bellingham has followed suit. Bellingham announced that a documentary of his first year in Spain will air on the channel. The 21-year-old released a sneak-peak of ‘Out of the Floodlights’ - where he will post four weekly episodes of behind-the-scenes footage from September 12 onwards.

  • WHAT JUDE BELLINGHAM SAID

    In an Instagram post, he wrote: "Hi everyone, I’ve been recording behind-the-scenes footage of my journey throughout the last year. Now, I’m finally ready to share my life ‘Out of the Floodlights’ with you all. Starting 12th September, I’ll post four weekly episodes on my new @YouTube channel: @JudeBellingham. They’re accessible anytime and free to watch. I hope you enjoy them."

    He also posted a trailer for the new YouTube series.

    Bellingham has had a memorable year for club and country. He helped Madrid win La Liga and the Champions League last season and played a big role in leading England to the final of Euro 2024. As his star power continues to rise, the former Borussia Dortmund ace is now turning to YouTube to give fans some extra access into his life.

    WHAT NEXT?

    Former Birmingham City youngster Bellingham, who has been on the sidelines due to a muscular injury in recent weeks, will hope to return to action later this month after a gruelling past year playing for Madrid and England.
