An emotional recoupling has now taken place, with Galatasaray loanee Morata and Italian influencer Campello bringing their young family back together. Time apart has made the heart grow fonder and strengthened their bond in many ways.

  • WHAT ALICE CAMPELLO SAID

Campello told Verissimo of the shock break-up: “It was the biggest mistake we've ever made in our lives. We repeat it every day — I don't know how we could have made that decision. This experience has taught us both a lot because we understood what it's like to be without each other.”

  • DID YOU KNOW?

Campello, who experienced psychological struggles on the back of nearly losing her life when giving birth to daughter Bella in 2023, added: “It's easy to get depressed or have moments of weakness. It's something that changed me. I hadn't been well for a long time, and maybe I didn't even realise it.

“I'm very close to my father, and he was very angry because he couldn't understand how two people who love each other so much were capable of destroying something so beautiful. I'm very grateful to my family for the values they instilled in me and for always telling me the truth. You can't be so immature.”

  • WHAT NEXT?

Morata is currently in Turkey after sealing a loan move to Galatasaray from AC Milan during the winter transfer window. He has previously spent time with Real Madrid, Juventus, Chelsea and Atletico Madrid.
