'Teach 'em young!' - Arsenal duo Beth Mead & Vivianne Miedema introduce their dog to football as couple share heart-warming Christmas images

The pair took to Instagram to share photos and videos of their Christmas festivities with family and friends. Miedema also posted a video of the new couple's new dog, Myle, playing football, with Mead re-sharing the clip with a witty caption.

Mead captioned the clip of the dog playing football with: "Teach em young."

The Arsenal pair also made a joint Instagram post with the caption: "Merry Christmas from the Meadema's."

Mead and Miedema endured a tough 2023, as both spent much of the year recovering from Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) injuries. Both have now returned to action and recently launched a docuseries - Step by Step - that tells the story of their unique journey of recovery.

After enjoying a well-earned Christmas break, Mead and Miedema will return to action when Arsenal take on Watford in the fourth round of the FA Women's Cup on January 14. After that, they'll have their eyes on catching Chelsea at the top of the Women's Super League table.
