WHAT JOSHUA SAID
Joshua said: "That [Watford] was an opportunity that presented itself. Nothing's come of it yet. It's a serious investment. If it comes off it will be one that should do well. And if we don't do it then good luck to them anyway because they're a great team. If they went back to the Premier League I need to get a shop on Market Street because the traffic that will be coming through Watford will be phenomenal."
THE BIGGER PICTURE
Watford have been a Championship club since 2022, after spending six of the previous seven seasons in the top flight. The interview with Joshua in which he reveals his interest also features some discussion of Saudi investment into the club.
