Alisha Lehmann puts herself through her paces ahead of Aston Villa's pre-season as Juventus transfer rumours rumble on

The 25-year-old has been making the most of her summer break, posting plenty of content on social media alongside boyfriend Douglas Luiz. After also being away with Switzerland, the forward has posted a video of herself on the treadmill as she keeps herself in shape during the off-season.

Lehmann brings more than just quality on the pitch to the women's game. Her fame and following on social media has made her an icon of the sport. With Luiz rumoured to be wanted by Juventus, there have been reports suggesting the women's side would want to bring Lehmann as well in what would be a genius marketing move.

Lehmann bagged two goals for Aston Villa in the 2023-24 WSL season. The forward did not manage to replicate the form she found the season before when she bagged five times and assisted twice, but it was still a positive campaign for Carla Ward's side.

Lehmann is still relaxing away from the pitch, with her Instagram posts suggesting she is in California. In a few weeks, she will join back up with Switzerland as they compete in two more Euro 2025 qualifiers against Turkey and Azerbaijan. Her domestic future may also be wrapped up by the time those internationals come around.
