Holders to impress?

The Champions League trophy holders, PSG, will be eager to impress in their quarter-final. They take on the German champions, Bayern Munich. Luis Enrique’s side will be eager to improve on their horrible head to head record with the Bavarians.

While the statistics aren’t in the Parisians’ favour, they are probably the most improved team around the world. With confidence at an all-time high in the camp, PSG look good value to get past their opponents as they aim to add a fourth trophy in an unforgettable season.

Over at the Durban July, last year’s winner, Oriental Charm, returns to the scene of his triumph, but there’s no doubt that the biggest threat to his crown is Eight On Eighteen. However, JP van der Merwe will seriously challenge him throughout the race.
