There appeared to be little threat as he strode up a free-kick wide on the left, just seven yards from the edge of the pitch. Neymar was, however, able to whip a low strike around the wall and in at the near post, via a slight deflection.

    Concerns regarding another potential injury for Neymar have been played down. The man himself has said in a social media post: "I'm fine, I felt some discomfort and I thought I'd better spare myself! It's been a while since I played a game with this intensity...
