  • When is Soccerverse released?

Soccerverse was released on January 9, 2025, so is out now and available to play. Players can choose their preferred roles and start planning their strategies for the season ahead before the first match week kicks off on 18 January.  Soccerverse is a game played on any browser so can be played on the majority of devices.

  • Which clubs and players are in Soccerverse?

The Soccerverse world is vast and features 5,350 clubs and over 140,000 players all competing against each other across the world. There are 322 national leagues, 154 national cups, four continental championships, as well as the World Club Cup.

  • Which competitions feature in Soccerverse?

Teams play in leagues that consist of between eight and 22 clubs depending on the size of the country. There are also national cup competitions which are played in a single leg knockout format with the stronger teams receiving byes in the earlier rounds. The top teams in each country will also play in one of four continental championships: the America Cup, the Africa Cup, the Asia Cup and the Euro Cup.

The winners of the four continental championships go through to the World Club Cup which is played every season. The two-round knockout stage culminates in a grand final to crown the game’s ultimate champion of champions.

  • How the seasons work

New Soccerverse seasons start in January and July, meaning there are two in every calendar year for users to enjoy with a small break in between.

League matches take place every week on Wednesdays and Saturdays, while Mondays are the home of national cup and continental championship matches.

The end of the season brings the eagerly-anticipated "Soccerverse Super Week” when all national cup finals are played, while the continental championship finals are the final fixtures of the campaign.

There’s also plenty of change at the end of a season. Player ratings are updated, new players introduced or retired, clubs promoted or relegated and a brand new fixture list created for the next campaign.

  • What roles are available in Soccerverse?

There are five different roles available to play in the game. Users can play as a manager, agent trader, scout or player influencer or even take up multiple roles, offering an unprecedented level of depth and putting players in the driver’s seat.

Choose whether to manage a whole team, co-own and have influence in clubs and players, enjoy tracking a player’s progress as an agent, or identifying the latest hot properties as a scout.

Every decision a user makes matters, helps shape the game and how players grow and evolve. Build your reputation, develop rivalries, and see off the competition in a community-driven economy.

  • Tell me more about each role in Soccerverse

Manager: Take charge of a team and aim for glory as the boss. Managers control tactics, club finances, transfers, plan their squad, manage contracts and handle agents. But don’t forget that Soccerverse is a social game and collaboration is required for success. And, just like in the real world, managers can be sacked if performances fail to meet expectations.

Agent: Play as an agent and act as the middleman between manager and player influencers, while doing the best for your footballers. Agents look after contracts, transfers and their decisions can also influence morale. Make no mistake, this is a key role and communication is vital to be a successful Soccerverse agent.

Influencer: Fancy acting as the owner of a club or player? Then take on the diverse and exciting role of influencer. Get ready to hire and fire managers and agents, make the biggest decisions and collaborate with others to ensure all decisions are maximising your rewards.

Trader: Maybe being a trader is more your style? Buying and selling is the name of the game here as the best traders seek to take advantage of price volatilities in the influence markets. Success in Soccerverse brings price fluctuations which traders need to utilise to earn rewards.

Scout: Do you have what it takes to spot the next big thing? Identify the best up and coming talents, buy influence in the hottest properties and keep an eye out for those players whose value is on the rise based on real-life performances. Scouting is an extremely important and interesting role in Soccerverse for managers, agents, influencers and traders alike.
