For months, reports have suggested that Said El Mala could be set to leave 1. FC Köln for Brighton & Hove Albion. However, the latest indications now suggest that these rumours are unfounded. There is also talk that the player has changed agents once again.

Bayern Munich and Brighton have cooled their interest in Koln sensation Said El Mala, according to a report. The Billy Goats are said to be holding out for a record-breaking transfer fee for the 19-year-old winger, leading potential suitors to reconsider their pursuit during the current window.

It is almost certain that El Mala will leave 1. FC Köln this summer. But where to? His preferred plan might be risky for his development, but it is likely to be beneficial overall.
