Despite falling behind, the Reds scored five times as Florian Wirtz registered his first assist for the club. However, Frankfurt's atrocious defence that conceded 23 goals in their last five game, can not present a true picture. The Reds now head to a ground where games are anything but straightforward to change their league fortunes. They will certainly need a better all-around performance to turn the tide.

Igor Thiago vs Ibrahima Konate: Thiago took his tally to five Premier League goals after finding the net against West Ham. His hold-up play and dominance against centre-backs is earning him a fearsome reputation as well. The Brazilian striker will fancy taking on a centre-back searching for some form. Konate has been extremely inconsistent this season by his standards. The defender is often playing players onside in their high line, lunging into silly challenges and giving the ball away easily. Another nervy outing would see Thiago feasting on his mistakes.

Caoimhin Kelleher vs Mohamed Salah: Kelleher knows all too well about Salah's finishing. After all, the pair trained some hundreds of hours together. Salah's form at the moment is making life easier for goalkeepers, but Kelleher has to be on high alert for the entire game. If Salah does get a penalty, expect the Irish goalkeeper, who already saved a penalty this season, to guess the right way and complicate matters further.
