WHAT NEXT FOR DAVIES AND BAYERN?

While his long-term fitness may not be an issue, his future certainly is for Bayern. The Munich club are attempting to persuade the 23-year-old to sign a new contract, but are reportedly refusing to meet his salary demands. The standoff appears to have opened the door for Real Madrid to swoop in and sign him in the summer transfer window.
