THE BIGGER PICTURE
Since playing 90 minutes and scoring in the first leg against Real Sociedad, which PSG won 2-0, Mbappe hasn't appeared in a full Ligue 1 match. He came off the bench and scored in a win over Nantes, but was subbed off after 65 minutes in the subsequent 1-1 draw with Rennes and then at half-time for the goal-less stalemate against Monaco over the weekend. It comes as Mbappe has made his decision to leave PSG in the summer.

WHAT NEXT FOR MBAPPE & PSG?
Mbappe still hasn't communicated which club he will join, although the whole football would be stunned if it's not Real Madrid. In the meantime, the 25-year-old will be determined to be successful with his final crack at the Champions League with his hometown team. Mbappe is also believed to be keen to play with France at the Olympics on home soil before heading abroad.
