Chelsea team news: David Luiz returns FA Cup tie at Norwich

David Luiz returns to Chelsea's starting XI for the first time since November as Antonio Conte's side take on Norwich City in the FA Cup third round.

The Blues have made several changes to the team that lined up in Wednesday's 2-2 draw with Arsenal, with only Gary Cahill and Tiemoue Bakayoko keeping their starting spots.

Brazil international David Luiz will line up alongside Cahill and Antonio Rudiger in defence ahead of Willy Caballero, giving first choice goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois a rest.

Along with Courtois, Eden Hazard has been left out of the squad completely, while Alvaro Morata takes a spot on the bench as Michy Batshuayi leads the attack with Pedro and Willian in support.

Chelsea are currently unbeaten in their last seven games in all competitions and visit Carrow Road looking to edge past a side who have recently emerged from a terrible run of form to stay unbeaten in three games.

Chelsea XI: Caballero, Rudiger, David Luiz, Cahill, Zappacosta, Drinkwater, Bakayoko, Kenedy, Willian, Pedro, Batshuayi

Chelsea subs: Eduardo, Ampadi, Clarke-Salter, Sterling, Musonda, Hudson-Odoi, Morata.

Norwich XI: Gunn, Pinto, Zimmerman, Hanley, Klose, Lewis, Tettey, Trybull, Pritchard, Maddison, Murphy.

Norwich subs: McGovern, Husband, Vrancic, Oliveira, Watkins, Hoolahan, Wildschut.
