According to Sky , the Turkish giants have increased their offer for the Bosnian by another €3 million to €18 million. The report adds that the striker is now open to a move to the Turkish metropolis and is close to an agreement with Gala.
VfB had already knocked back Gala's opening bid of €15 million for Demirovic. Stuttgart, who only signed Demirovic from FC Augsburg for €23 million two years ago, are reportedly asking for more than €20 million, which is why this new offer from the Istanbul club is also unlikely to be accepted.
As recently as August, Demirovic committed himself to VfB Stuttgart
At the start of August, Demirovic said of a possible departure: "A departure was not an issue for me. I heard the rumours while on holiday, but I always said that I want to stay at VfB. I get on very well with the coach. Nothing has changed in my head," he told Bild.
