The Los Angeles Rams will hit the road to take on the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday, Oct. 12, at M&T Bank Stadium as part of the NFL's Week 6 slate.
The Rams have played five games so far this season and hold a respectable 3-2 record. Their most recent outing came against the San Francisco 49ers, where they nearly pulled off a comeback for the ages. After trailing 17-7 at halftime, LA clawed back to force overtime before ultimately falling short in a 26-23 heartbreaker, their second defeat of the campaign.
As for Baltimore, the early stretch of the season hasn’t been kind. The Ravens have run into some heavy hitters and have struggled to find rhythm because of it. Last weekend's matchup against the Houston Texans was particularly rough; the defense was gashed all afternoon as the Ravens surrendered points in every quarter, including double-digit totals in each of the final three, en route to a humbling 44-10 loss at home.

Team news & squads
Baltimore Ravens team news
For Baltimore, staying healthy has been the biggest hurdle. Lamar Jackson is questionable with a hamstring issue, leaving Cooper Rush as a possible starter once again. Rush has completed 23-of-33 passes for 231 yards this season but has been picked off three times. Derrick Henry remains a bright spot, tallying 317 rushing yards on 64 carries with four touchdowns. Zay Flowers continues to headline the receiving corps with 28 catches for 377 yards and a score, while DeAndre Hopkins adds veteran reliability with 158 yards and two touchdowns.
The Ravens’ defense is also banged up, Kyle Hamilton (groin) and Roquan Smith (hamstring) are questionable, and left tackle Ronnie Stanley has been ruled out. Teddye Buchanan leads the team with 40 tackles, and Tavius Robinson has recorded two sacks. Kicker Tyler Loop has been consistent, making eight of nine field goals and 15 of 16 extra points. However, the defense has been a major concern, Baltimore has surrendered at least 37 points in three straight games and four of its first five, forcing the offense to play catch-up far too often.

Puka Nacua continues to shine as the go-to target, hauling in 52 receptions for 588 yards and two scores, while veteran Davante Adams has chipped in with 22 catches for 357 yards and three touchdowns. The injury report isn't kind to the Rams, though, with right tackle Rob Havenstein and tight end Tyler Higbee both sidelined. Defensively, LA has found ways to deliver in key moments. Ravens vs Rams Fantasy Football
Things unfolded just about as miserably as expected for the Baltimore Ravens offense on Sunday, with Lamar Jackson sidelined and the Texans' defense feasting on a depleted unit. Cooper Rush (11.9 projected Week 6 fpts) managed to complete 14-of-20 passes and averaged a solid 8.9 yards per attempt, but the positives stopped there, no touchdowns and three costly interceptions sank any hopes of momentum.
The Ravens limped to just 10 points, and with Jackson likely resting through the Week 7 bye, John Harbaugh hinted that "everything is on the table," including a possible switch to Tyler Huntley. If Huntley gets the nod, his legs give him a bit of fantasy intrigue, but let's be honest — he's still only a marginal upgrade over Rush and a low-end QB2 at best.
Meanwhile, Derrick Henry (12.1 projected Week 6 fpts) fantasy managers might need to pack a little patience this week. With no Lamar to open up running lanes, a physical Rams defense on deck, and a bye right around the corner, expectations should be tempered. It’s one of those “grind it out” weeks for Henry.
On the other side, Matthew Stafford (18.8 projected Week 6 fpts) is scorching hot right now. The veteran quarterback has thrown multiple touchdowns in four straight outings and just keeps raising the bar. After torching defenses for 375 yards in Week 4, he followed it up with an even bigger 389-yard night on Thursday. This matchup against Baltimore’s reeling secondary feels tailor-made for another big showing; he's a must-start QB1 in all formats.
Puka Nacua (14.4 projected Week 6 fpts) continues to be the headline act, putting together a season that screams Offensive Player of the Year through five weeks. His 52 catches lead the league by a mile, and his 588 yards put him comfortably atop the receiving charts. Simply put, whenever the Rams hit the field, Nacua is the show.
Davante Adams (10.2 projected Week 6 fpts) remains timeless — still one of the smoothest route-runners and most dangerous ball-trackers in the game. Age might be creeping in, but Adams continues to evolve his craft like a master technician, finding ways to win against any coverage.
Then there's Kyren Williams (14.2 projected Week 6 fpts), who looks every bit the part of a weekly RB1. He's coming off an electric Week 5 and is brimming with upside again, though there’s minor chatter about workload management after a few ball-security hiccups and the emergence of Blake Corum.
Ravens vs Rams Game Predictions
The Baltimore Ravens limp into Week 6 desperate to shake off the stench of last week's collapse, but it appears Lamar Jackson still won't be healthy enough to suit up. Baltimore's been spiraling fast, dropping three straight while surrendering a staggering 37, 38, and 44 points in that stretch. Simply put, their defense has been a turnstile.
This feels like rock bottom for the Ravens. Their secondary, the league's most generous against the pass, now has to deal with Matthew Stafford, Puka Nacua, and Davante Adams. That's a nightmare waiting to happen. With Jackson sidelined again, Baltimore's chances of keeping pace look slim at best.
For Stafford and the Rams, this is the perfect get-right spot. Expect him to slice through Baltimore's defense for 300-plus yards as Los Angeles looks to put that ugly Thursday night showing firmly in the rearview mirror.
